Description
Prototyping shield for Arduino Uno. Useful for building one off prototypes on something more robust than breadboard.
Has space for a small voltage regulation circuit with reverse voltage protection for projects that may require up to 1.5 A @ 5 v.
Best assembled by inserting header pins into an Arduino Uno, placing the ProtoShield over the pins and soldering flush with the top of the board. We recommend ensuring an air gap or insulation between the ProtoShield and the Arduino USB Socket.
Double length pin socket headers are also available that can be soldered from the bottom and used to mate the ProtoShield to the Arduino.
Silkscreened arrows show direction of copper traces.
